Our Onboarding Process

We observe that almost everyone wants to export or take their brand into international markets. There are hardly someone we speak says "No" for global expansion of their brand. 


However, we also realized that there are a few bare minimum for a brand to expand beyond its boundaries. Here are our evaluation criteria before onboarding or partnering with a brand.

1. Global Expansion Readiness Audit.

This is the first step, where we try to understand if Right Now a good time for a merchant to sell into global markets. Our team will speak with you and ask some relevant questions and also tell you why its a good or not a good time to expand globally.

2. The Go To Market Thesis 

This is the second step. Once we find a brand ready for global expansion. We try to create the Go To Market Strategy for them. Suggesting right country, right price, type of merchandise, budget, Ad spends, inventory requirement and derive Cost Benefit Analysis.

3. The Implementation & Execution Phase

This is the 3rd step, where we agree on scope of work along with the GTM strategy derived from the second stage. Here it is all about execution of plans on real time basis. Here we become parter to your global expansion roadmap.
